Female Staff Member Affairs Department

In the year 1420-21 A.H., the female staff member affairs department became an independent section with a set of duties which include:

  • * Secretarial Unit:
  • o Receives and handles mail.
  • o Follows up various administrative procedures regarding female staff members such as retirement and promotion.
  • o Provides general management with needed data.
  • o Receives medical reports.
  • o Data entry of the department employees' data such as vacation days.

 

  • * Copy Unit:
  • o Printing and copying letters
  • o Updating staff members data
  • o Recording and printing staff members curriculum vitae

 

  • * Monitoring Unit:
  • o Supervises the attendance of staff members at al-Jawhara Gate, the old headquarters and those working on student fund.
  • o Recording absentee information.
  • o Communicating with the monitoring departments and recording their inquiries.
  • o Communicating inquiries from the staff members and sending them to the monitoring department in Aziziya.
  • o Updating and recording new data of staff members.
  • o Working on a database for staff information.
  • o Creating a folder for each staff member.
  • o Monitoring the files of staff members working on the student fund.
  • o Registering data of new employees.
  • o Recording annual, vacation and sick days.
  • o Creating a report for every staff member which includes their absence record and vacation days.
