Guidelines for Activities

• Based on guidance of Dr. Naser Abdullah al-Saleh, the University President, and Dr. Hashem Bin Bakr Hariri, the University Vice-president, the guidelines for activities have been instated.
• Student Affairs' Department has published its first annual guideline for student activities booklet for the school year 1423/24 A.H. A forty page booklet which explains, with the help of several pictures, the various services the department offers in the University's headquarters in Makkah as well as in its branches.
• The booklet covers the following topics:
• o Brief introduction to the student affairs department
• o The mission and objectives of the departments and its various services such as
• § Student housing for both male and female students
• § Services for graduating students such as awarding scholarships
• § Student nutrition and meals
• § Awarding various good behavior certificates

• The booklet also sheds light on the procedure for participating in the various student cultural, summer, athletic and social activities for the students.
• This booklet was handed out to the students at the different orientation meetings for the new school year 1423/24 A.H.
• Several copies of this booklet are available at the various colleges and departments of the University, as well as the library.
• The student affairs department kindly urges all students to go over the booklet and become familiar with the services offered, as well as the procedures to follow.
