Rules and Guidelines by the Student Affairs Department

 

Guidelines for living on campus

  • * Prayer on time and in congregation
  • * Cooperation with the dorm superintendent on the assigned chores and tasks
  • * Providing the superintendent with the course schedule at the beginning of every semester
  • * Respecting rights of one's neighbor
  • * Paying attention to the cleanliness and hygiene inside and outside one's room, with special attention to getting rid of trash and waste in its designated bins
  • * Cooking is not allowed inside the dorm rooms, and neither are electric stoves allowed
  • * Alerting the superintendent in cases of absence or wishing to withdrawal
  • * Turning off the A/C and all lights upon leaving one's room for safety measures
  • * No smoking in any of its forms is allowed
  • * No cards, chess and dominos are allowed
  • * Preserving the items received in the room and not causing any damage to them or taking them out of one's room
  • * No TVs, VCRs or cassette tapes are allowed
  • * Reporting any electrical, plumbing or other issues to the superintendent
  • * Adherence to the due times for returning to the dorm at night
  • * Preserving the use of water and electricity
  • * Taking care of one's room key and not lending it to anyone else
  • * Providing the superintendent with a copy of your room key
  • * Closing your room door whenever you leave it
  • * Do not host any person who is not a resident of your dorm in your room
  • * Respect and adhere to your dorm's rules regarding visiting times
  • * Respecting and adhering to the accepted behavior and appearance suitable for students
